The hotel feels outdated, like it hasn't seen a refresh since the '70s. We dealt with a cold room temperature thanks to a locked thermostat. Limited storage options made unpacking a hassle. The gym facilities were subpar with only a few dumbbells. Noise from a nearby pub interfered with our sleep, especially when seeking an early night.

The location was fantastic and incredible, right by the center, and boutiques. There was an attached restaurant nearby. Had good sleep at the family room with a queen bed. It was modern and had things I needed.

The bed in my room was too soft.

Ideal, magnificent location easy to get to the slopes for skiing. Good customer service, including great breakfasts with great variaty of food, standard products, different specialities.

Both a hit and a miss

Breakfast was really good with an excellent variety. The staff were cute.

Our room had issues with outdated decor and insufficient storage which detracted from overall comfort.

Cool huge rooms, they are provided with nice view, TV and the sofa...

The location was excellent, in the middle of the city with short distances to restaurants and entertainment.

The room was situated directly opposite other hotel rooms at the same hotel, so anyone could take a look at us. Also; there was a kind of a chimney outside the room, coughing out warm air and pizza smell during the evening. The breakfast was a bit poor because a lot of different things were out when we arrived(bread, croissants, eggs, omelett, sausages). Some of the things were replaced after a while.

Room was freezing, but I loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom!

In general the service was superb. The room was quiet with bunk beds, and we appreciated having access to wake-up service. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Heim gastro pub as well as the center of the city.

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, especially with homemade options. My standard twin room lacked sufficient storage space and felt dated.

Quality of breakfast

The bathroom tile was missing grout between them on the floor and I could see bugs crawling in and out of the floor. The parking lot was filled to capacity because of a conference at the hotel.

Central location, free parking, nice room, excellent breakfast.

A cozy stay with a awesome breakfast buffet, with homemade jams and a variety of fresh options. The room wasvery comfy and tidy. The hotel's central location within walking distance of local shops and restaurants added to the charm.

Extreme noise from outside made I very hard to sleep. Noise insuloation in the hotel seems totally non-existent at room 325 at any rate.
